I love painting with rich colors and creating a mystery with my paintings.

I feel like I have one foot in this world holding a paintbrush and one in the other holding a dream sword cutting through the symbolism of his dreams. The subjects of my artwork tend to relate to metaphysical or esoteric themes, but I like to work with whatever comes out of his dreams.

Cartoon Influence

Whenever I try to paint or hand draw something that is more realistic, it seems a bit of comic/cartoon makes it's way through the artwork. This used to really bother me, but now I can see how it makes my work show who I am. Comic books and cartoons really shaped my experience growing up, and if my art view of the world represents that, so what? I'm cool with that after 40+ years of scribbling!
